Central to our mission is the social value of creating working where those with disability or barriers to work can become agents of their own transformation. Since 2006, we have blended financial and social goals to provide work for those unable to sustain work due to personal barriers. We provide meaningful, flexible employment for people who face barriers and struggle to work in the traditional workforce. We provide ongoing employment through the operation of our three social enterprises: JustCatering, JustPotters, and JustRenos. Through these enterprises, we offer our employees opportunities to make valuable workplace contributions and enjoy the goodness of meaningful work. ​
